Pumpkin custard bars

1 1/2 c Bisquick Heart Smart Baking mix
1/2 c soy flour
1/2 c Splenda
1 c Buttermilk
2 tbsp Applesauce
1/2 c Egg beaters
3 tsp Vanilla extract
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 can Pumkin(15oz) Not pie mix
4 tsp wheat gluten

Mix all together and pour into a 9x11 glass pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Top with cream cheese swirl below:

Cream cheese swirl:
Mix together:
1/2 pkg of FF Cream cheese
2 tbsp applesauce
1/4 c Splenda
1/4 c Egg beaters
1 tbsp soy flour
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsplight cream cheese in the tub

Mix well. Drop on top of pumkin mixture from above and swirl with two knives to slightly mix it in. Bake at 350 degree preheated oven for about 40 min. Let these cool compleatly, preferrably over night for teh best flavor. They make into a custardy, chewy bar that's really yummy and different!

Hi!! Gosh I made these a while back so I don't even have any stats for them Sad Sorry about that!! I dont' use teh soy flour anymore, so as I get the time, I'm trying to convert them into using ANY WHEY protein powder instead of the soy flour. What I will do is make these again and figure up serving size and stats. As for how to count it, I would probably count it as a dessert, but most things can also work for a breakfast entree as well, in a larger serving. Mr. Green Have a Wonderful day!! I'll try to work on this one today.
