Apple Pie Protein Shake

1/2 c ff milk
1/4 c ff cottage cheese
1/2 c diet apple juice (I use one sweetend with splenda)
1 scoop Any whey protein powder
1 small apple cored (you can leave peel on for more fiber if you wish)
1 tsp vanilla extract
4-5 pkts Splenda (to taste)
ice

Blend all together well in a large blender. Serves 1


Strawberry Protein Shake

1/2 c ff milk
1/4 c cottage cheese
1 scoop Any Whey protein powder
1 c Ruby red light grapefruit juice
1 c frozen strawberries (you can use fresh too)
1 tsp strawberry extract (optional)
5-6 pkts Splenda (to taste)
ice

Blend all well in a large blender. Serves 1


Blueberry Protein Shake

1/2 c ff milk
1/4 c ff cottage cheese
1 scoop Any Whey protein powder
3/4 c frozen blueberries
3/4 c Ruby red light grapefruit juice
4-5 pkts Splenda (to taste)
ice

Blend all together very well in a large blender. Serves 1


Tropical Protein Shake

1/2 c ff milk
1/4 c ff cottage cheese
1 scoop Any Whey protein powder
1 1/2 c V-8 Splash Diet tropical drink
5 pkts Splenda (to taste)
1 c frozen mango chunks
pineapple or coconut ext. to taste (optional)
ice

Blend well in a large blender. Serves 1

Monster Protein Shake

1/2 c ff milk
1/4 c ff cottage cheese
1 scoop Any Whey protein powder
2 c V-8 splash Diet tropical drink
5 pkts Splenda (to taste)
1 c frozen mango chunks ( or fruit of choice)
2 c fresh baby spinach
pineapple or coconut ext to taste (or flavor of choice)
ice

Blend well in a large blender. This can be adapted to your flavor choice. It comes out green, but you can't taste the spinach. You could use kiwi fruit and banana and some mint flavoring if you want it to "taste green". This is a great way to get some extra veggies and nutrients into your body.

Peach Protein Shake

1/2 c ff milk
1/4 c ff cottage cheese
1 scoop Any whey protein powder
1 c canned diet peaches
juice from the can
1 tsp vanilla extract
4-5 pkts Splenda (to taste)
ice

Blend all together well in a large blender. Serves 1


Pina Colada Protein Shake

1/2 c ff milk
1/4 c ff cottage cheese
1 c V-8 Splash diet tropical drink
1 scoop Any whey protein powder
1/2 c frozen pineapple
1 tsp coconut extract
4-5 pkts Splenda (to taste)
ice

Blend all together well in a large blender. Serves 1
